Mini App BarTelegram users utilise Mini Apps to purchase things, access services and also play games. With the new updates, users can combine these Mini Apps into a bottom bar on their screen. This allows the users to respond to messages or launch other mini-apps while smoothly returning to a previously used mini-app without having to wait for it to reload.

Search Stories by HashtagTelegram has also added a new feature for users to discover stories. This new update lets users discover public stories that have similar hashtags by tapping them within the captions.

Search Stories by LocationSimilarly, like Hashtags, users may now add a location tag to their stories, which allows them to view all public stories from the same location by simply pressing on the tag, which is similar to a feature on Instagram. However, private stories will never appear in the search results.

Link Widget StoriesThis new feature is for Premium members as they can add a link widget to their stories to enhance the visibility of a link. This widget adds a sleek link preview overlay to the user’s photo or video. It supports both light and dark backgrounds to enhance your media.

Paid ContentTo help content creators monetize their channels, Telegram has introduced paid photos and videos. With this feature, content creators can accept Telegram Stars from the viewers for their content. Subscribers can only access posts after paying to unlock them.

Rewards for Content Creators and DevelopersBot developers and content creators can now use their earned Telegram Stars via paid posts to obtain Toncoin prizes or purchase Telegram ads. The platform provides a 30 per cent discount on ads to cover third-party payment system fees, making it an affordable option to reach new users. Telegram charges minimal commissions on Stars transactions, with only taxes and payment system fees applicable.

Toncoin RewardsAccording to Tech Crunch, Telegram now allows its content creators to convert their Stars to Toncoin- the cryptocurrency the app uses over The Open Network (TON) blockchain. Also, they can use them to get discounts on channel promotions.
