Adding an international touch, a 95-member marching contingent and a 33-member band from France will participate in the 75th Republic Day Parade in New Delhi on January 26.

The French Air Force will showcase Rafale fighter jets and multirole tanker transport aircraft during the parade, aligning with President Macron’s presence as the chief guest.

In a unique collaboration, six Indians will join the French military team, marching alongside Indian contingents down the majestic Kartavya Path. The collaborative display reflects the spirit of unity and friendship.

Furthermore, the 75th Republic Day Parade will witness the participation of eight women scientists from the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). Hailing from various ISRO centers in Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Thiruvananthapuram, and Sriharikota, this all-women contingent will lead a special tableau highlighting the historic moment when Chandrayaan-3 successfully landed on the moon on August 23 last year. This achievement solidified India’s position as the first and only country to reach the unexplored lunar south pole.
